Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

DevStudio Agency provides Google Business Profile setup/optimisation/management, website design, digital marketing consultation, and related technical support – primarily to clients in Harare, Zimbabwe.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant necessary access to GBP and related accounts
• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Provide required content (text, images, logos)
• Maintain ownership and access to domain/hosting accounts

4. Payment Terms

Fees: Quoted in USD. Payments accepted in ZWL at prevailing exchange rate.

Structure: 50% deposit before work begins, 50% balance upon completion. Monthly services billed in advance.

Methods: EcoCash, bank transfer (Zimbabwean banks), cash (ZWL equivalent).

5. Intellectual Property

Client retains ownership of their content. Upon full payment, client owns final delivered website files and optimised GBP. DevStudio may display completed work in portfolio. Third‑party materials subject to their respective licenses.

6. Service Limitations

No guarantee of specific rankings, calls, or business outcomes. Google’s algorithms are outside our control. Websites include 3 months of free hosting; after that client is responsible for hosting fees. Support responses within 1 business day (Mon‑Fri 8AM‑5PM).

7. Termination

By client: 30 days written notice for monthly services. One‑time deposits are non‑refundable once work begins.

By DevStudio: For non‑payment (14 days overdue), violation of terms, false information, or illegal/unethical activities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify DevStudio Agency from claims arising from your use of services, violation of terms, infringing content, or business practices.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Disputes shall be mediated in Harare before legal action.
